Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, labels, and the original invoice.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or storage.
  • Minor shade, texture, or size variations that are inherent to ceramic and vitrified tiles.
  • Orders placed according to custom specifications or special requirements.
  • Products that have already been installed or used.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with:

  • Order Number
  • Invoice Copy
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • Reason for the return request

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges, handling fees, and installation costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the product and packaging before arranging a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
